Compass is healthcare analytics with a built-in AI. It connects to Epic and the other systems an organization runs, does the reporting work automatically, and tells leaders what needs attention, why, and what to do next. Compass is built by Aurora Vicci LLC, the team behind Aurora, and grew out of the analytics engine care teams already rely on there.
Mission
Compass exists so healthcare leaders stop finding out late. Today, the numbers that decide margins, staffing, quality scores and penalties sit in dozens of systems and are stitched together by hand, weeks after the fact. We connect those systems, compute every metric automatically, and turn the results into a short, trusted briefing with a clear next step. Our goal is to give back the thousands of hours teams spend building reports, and to put the right warning in front of the right leader while there is still time to act.
We envision healthcare organizations that see problems coming instead of reading about them a month later. Where a staffing gap is solved before the rota is short, a patient at risk gets a call before they are readmitted, and every leader, from the boardroom to the department, trusts the same numbers. Compass aims to become the layer that sits across every system a health organization runs, quietly doing the analysis so people can spend their time on care.
